This includes social media, video/photo production, graphic design, website updates, and Facebook/Instagram ads all with no contracts or long-term commitments. Unlike traditional agencies that charge per project or require 6–12-month contracts, our subscription lets you pause or resume anytime, with a dedicated account manager handling all your projects.


How much does a marketing subscription cost?

One fixed monthly price covers everything including video, photos, social media, design, website updates, and ad campaigns. There are no hidden fees, proposal negotiations, or hourly billing. You get full-service agency support without the traditional agency overhead. We have different pricing tiers here


What services are included in your marketing subscription?

We focus on social media, video/photo production, design, website updates, and Facebook/Instagram ads as part of our subscription. For advanced SEO or Google Ads, we can connect you with trusted specialists or discuss custom add-ons based on your goals.

How do I request a project? What's the process?

You can use whatever works best for your team. Submit projects through Airtable, email, Trello, or even a quick call. We'll work with whatever system you prefer. You can direct us on exactly what you need, or if you need help filling in the gaps, we're no problem at all. We also suggest ideas based on what we know works for your industry.


What's your turnaround time for projects?

Turnaround depends on project complexity, but we prioritize quick delivery. Social graphics: 1–2 days. Video edits: 3–5 days. Website updates: 2–3 days. We communicate timelines clearly when you submit through Airtable or whatever system you use.


Do I need to provide content (photos, videos, copy)?

Not at all. We produce everything: photo shoots, video production, drone footage, and human-written copy. If you have existing content, we'll use it and if you need help creating something, we suggest ideas and fill in the gaps. You review and approve; we handle the rest.


Can I pause my subscription if I don't need marketing for a month?

Yes. You can pause anytime and resume when you have new projects.

How long does it take to get started?

Very quick. No long onboarding process. Once you sign up, we share your Airtable board (or whatever system you prefer) and account manager contact. You can submit your first project immediately.


Do you suggest ideas for my marketing, or do I need to direct everything?

We love when clients direct what they need but if you need help, we fill in the gaps. We suggest ideas based on what works for your industry: spring plant marketing for nurseries, holiday promotions for coffee roasters, trade show content for manufacturers. You're in control, but we're here to help


What if I'm overwhelmed and don't have time to direct projects?

That's why we're here! We'll suggest ideas, fill in the gaps, and move things forward. You can review and approve, or we can handle more if you're busy. We adapt to your needs and workload. No pressure, no rigid process.


Are you a local Niagara agency?

Yes. We're based in Niagara, Ontario, and deeply familiar with Niagara businesses—nurseries, greenhouses, coffee roasters, wineries, roofing companies, and manufacturers. Our local knowledge means content speaks to the actual community, not generic templates.

Do you serve businesses outside Niagara?
